My spiritual food is a powerful armor

My Peace be with you, my Beloved Children.

My people, my Houses will soon be closed again, run to make a good confession of life and do your best to nourish yourself as much as you can with my Body and my Blood, so that you remain spiritually protected and that the arrival of the Warning will take you into the grace of God and may your passage through eternity be more bearable. All the communions that you will receive in the Grace of God will armor your body, your soul and your spirit, so that tomorrow you can face the great spiritual combat. This is why it is so important, my little ones, that you nourish yourselves with my Body and my Blood, with greater frequency. My spiritual food is a powerful armor that will protect you in the fight against the forces of evil.

My children, the mental attacks will be stronger and stronger; remember that battles are spiritual and the battleground where you are attacked is your mind. This is why my children, you must be spiritually well fortified with the Bread that came down from Heaven and with your Spiritual Armor, well oiled with prayer, fasting and penance, so that you can repel the flaming arrows that the demons of the mind send to your mind. Read and meditate on My Holy Word, for it is the Sword of the Spirit, with which you can destroy the spiritual strongholds of the evil one in your mind. Close with forgiveness, prayer, fasting and penance, any door opened by emotional wounds, resentments, rejection and trauma, from childhood,

Forgiving yourself and forgiving those who have hurt you throughout your life is vitally important to achieving inner peace. Forgiveness, prayer, fasting and penance are spiritual strongholds that will help you overcome your demons of the spirit. The more you pray, forgive, and accept, the faster you will have inner peace. Approach with confidence one of my Tabernacles and devote a space of your time for us to speak together; hand over all your burdens and tasks and hardships to me, and I assure you that I will carry them for you and lighten your burden. Remember: I am the Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd gives his life for his sheep. (John 10:11) Come to me, all you who are weary and exhausted, for I will give you relief (Matthew, 11, 28) Claim these promises from me when you come to Me. So run, because my Houses will close soon and will not reopen. I am the Source of Forgiveness, come and wash yourself and you will be clean. I am Living Water and all those who drink this Water will no longer be thirsty. I am your healing, what are you waiting for to come to Me?

I leave you my Peace, I give you my Peace. Repent and convert, for the Kingdom of God is at hand.
