Do Not put off Acts of Love

Me: Dear Lord, I cannot get in to see you right now (church is locked), but I’m here out front. Dear Lord, please, I ask for protection and healing of my family, both mentally and physically. Please take care of us.

I am sorry for all my transgressions. I am sorry I fail so often as a mother. Mother Mary, please help me too. Help me to be even a little smidgen like you.

Lord, are there any words?

Lord God Almighty Father: Do not let the days anxieties overcome you, daughter. They each have their moment, and I give you the grace you need to overcome them. They will not take you.

Me: Sometimes they feel like they will. They feel too much. I get really scared and tired and overwhelmed.

Lord God Almighty Father: But, daughter, you are not. See? The power of the Holy Spirit dwells within you and all My Children. How could it not? You are Mine, made in My Image. I do not have faults, dear children. Any anxiety need not be.

Me: Then why do I feel this anxiety? And so often? Surely I can do better but how in the moment when I am unnerved? How do I remember this Holy Spirit is with me and not to be scared? I am!

Lord God Almighty Father: Hold tight to your Rosary, child.

Me: I can’t seem to make prayers formed when I feel so bad. What do I do? Please?

Lord God Almighty Father: Child, call upon the Holy Spirit.

Say, “Come, Holy Spirit, come. Be with me. Bring me peace.”

Once you have settled, your soul can recite the Rosary. Meditating on My Mysteries will calm your mind and bring you into the story of My Life and Death. When your thoughts are with your Jesus, how can you be sad? Rejoice! He died and rose for you! You cannot be sad then. The anxiety is not of Me, but I allow you to face this trial. You must be made stronger. You must remember you are God’s, and God’s mouthpiece, and you are Mine. I want you minted in gold and silver.

Me: Like a coin?

Lord God Almighty Father: Pressed, molded in My Image. Yes, like a coin of greatest value.

Me: Should something like this be felt to be nothing? Lord, I thought we were dust and to be humble?

Lord God Almighty Father: Little child, you are nothing alone. Yes, this is true. This is why you need to be made whole again in My Image. Be made one with Me.

Me: Is this through Baptism?

Lord God Almighty Father: Baptism and a continual giving. A continuous Baptism and surrendering of your will.

Me: Isn’t Baptism a one time thing?

Lord God Almighty Father: Daughter, come into the Streams of My Mercy and Love. You are continuously reborn in My Image when your yes is My Yes.

Me: And what of those who have never been Baptized? Maybe even don’t want to be? I don’t know if I want your answer here truly. Is it to pray for them?

Lord God Almighty Father: First, the heart needs to be made flesh again. (Made uncold). Start by warming the heart with kindness and humility and love. But remember time is short. Do not disbelieve and do not put off acts of…?

Me: Acts of?

Lord God Almighty Father: Love, child.

Me: What is an act of love? Putting money in the poor box? Holding a door for someone? What is love?

Lord God Almighty Father: For you, it is sharing My Words.

Me: Really??

Lord God Almighty Father: Yes, child. It is important to show your love by believing and sharing that faith courageously.

Me: Okay. How else? What if someone isn’t hearing words to share?

Lord God Almighty Father: Each heart can listen and know really what they are being asked to do to show love. It doesn’t have to be complicated. Did you make your bed?

Me: Really? What?

Lord God Almighty Father: Make it with love if you are blessed with one and thank Me for it. If not, thank Me for what brings you comfort. Is it a soft blanket? The hug of a spouse? The smile of a child? It does not have to be a thing. But your gratefulness is love.

Me: Wow. Okay what else? What about loving our neighbor? I really tend to think of giving food donations and that’s about it.

Lord God Almighty Father: Daughter, there isn’t a playbook like (in) a game here.

Me: Sorry, Lord.

Lord God Almighty Father: Daughter, remember the Beatitudes. I have given you guides already.

Me: Yes, that makes sense.

Lord God Almighty Father: Teach the Rosary. Recite the Rosary in groups. You will be blessed for this. Call upon My Blessing and the protection of the Archangels. Call for St. Joseph to help you pray for your family. Great love can be shown through humility and submission. St. Joseph can be your guide and example here.

Me: Yes, thank you Lord for St. Joseph. And all the angels and saints! And souls in purgatory…please help them! Bring them to Heaven to be with You.

Lord God Almighty Father: It is good to remember the holy souls who will one day rejoice with Me. Remember to keep clean your own soul.

Me: Lord, how long does a cold heart take to warm? So many believe nothing.

Lord God Almighty Father: Be at peace, daughter. I will decide when a miracle happens. But not all need a miracle.

Me: But everything about You is a miracle!

Lord God Almighty Father: Yes, but a hug is a gift. Can’t you give this gift?

Me: Yes? You don’t want me going around hugging strangers, do you?

Lord God Almighty Father: Daughter, give us a hug by being obedient. I will provide.

Me: Us?

Lord God Almighty Father: Some need to decide. And once they decide, then My Miracles can flow in, My Grace’s melting/melding with their yes to form Streams of Mercy and Love to others beyond. It will be beautiful!
