We are all bathed in a beautiful golden light. A large golden sphere of light accompanied by two smaller golden spheres of light float in the sky in front of us. The large sphere opens and the Child Jesus emerges from this sphere in the form of Prague. He wears a large golden crown and his hair is dark brown, curled short. The King of Mercy has blue eyes. The child Jesus wears a red robe and the red cloak of His Precious Blood. The heavenly King carries a great golden scepter in His right hand and in His left hand the Vulgate (Holy Scriptures).

Now the other two smaller balls of light open and two angels dressed in white emerge from these balls of light. The angels kneel before the King of Mercy and spread His cloak over us. We are safe under His mantle. He pitched a tent over us. The baby Jesus blesses us:

"In the name of the Father and of the Son - that am I - and of the Holy Spirit. Amen."

The heavenly King takes His scepter to His heart and says:

“Behold, I am the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world! Dear friends, pray and remain faithful to Me. My work became visible on Paul. Whoever opens his heart and turns to me, I call him and so every soul can change from Saul to Paul. The Scriptures are the Word of the Eternal Father and My Word. You must not leave her! Paul loved My Word. So you may see the Holy Scriptures as a whole: The Old and the New Testament. It is man's history of salvation and my work and the work of the Father in whom I am whole. Even the priesthood must not be viewed in isolation from the Old Testament. Hear My Word!”

The Lord speaks to me in silence about the coming end-time miracle of the pillar of cloud and fire. In the Bible we find this pillar in the Old Testament in the book of Exodus. The divine child continues to speak about the mountain on which Moses had the encounter with God. The mountain was shrouded in a great cloud and great fire. This was the great presence of the Eternal Father. Moses received the Ten Commandments from God on the mountain. God appointed Moses, who was allowed to go to Him on the mountain top, and later Aron, who was called by God as a priest. No other person, no relatives, no matter how important, were allowed to go to the mountain top (Holy Scripture, Exodus 19, 16 - 25). The merciful child reminds me that this was the beginning of a very special holy priesthood. We are to recognize that the priesthood was instituted by God and not by man. In our coming time, it is not without reason that God chooses the pillars of cloud and fire as miracles. God is recognized by many people in this sign, but also refers to the book of Exodus in the Bible, in particular to liberation from worldly slavery, the 10 commandments and the holy priesthood. This is what the King of Mercy explained to me.

Then the Vulgate is opened by an invisible hand. I see the scripture passage: Paul, Romans 1:18 ff. The Word shines down to us. We are all surrounded by bright light.

The King of Mercy approaches and says:

“Now I will show you something for the time to come. Pius V was a faithful friend, as was My Benedict XVI, your rock.”

The Lord shows me a long letter and says people would call it the Mass of All Time. The writing was so voluminous that I could recognize it but not memorize word for word. Once again the merciful child confirmed to me that this was for the time to come.

The King of Mercy speaks:

"She was requested!"

Benedict XVI is with him, the heavenly king confirms it to me and says:

“Benedict XVI, your rock, was greatly despised for his gracious spiritual gifts. know this. He was faithful to the Holy Scriptures, to the Father and to Me. Now he prays very much for the church. Invoke his assistance.” (Own note: This may be done with Venerable Persons of the Catholic Church.)

“Pray, for evil is very strong in the world. Only through your prayer, your sacrifice, your penance, the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass can the world be saved, the judgment mitigated. Your helpers should pray a lot, otherwise they will not understand what I am doing. Otherwise the plan of God for this place and Germany will not be revealed to them, the plan of the father, which is my plan. The plan will remain closed to those who do not pray and sacrifice. I want to save you and not punish you.”

The King of Mercy now presses His scepter to His heart and it becomes the Aspergill of His Precious Blood. He blesses and sprinkles us with His Precious Blood. Especially the sick and all people who think of him:

"In the name of the Father and of the Son - that am I - and of the Holy Spirit. Amen."

Then the gracious child places His right foot on a stone at the edge of the well and says:

"Since My Blood does not flow in the Holy Sacrifice of Mass, I sprinkle you with My Precious Blood." (Own note: The Lord refers to the fact that Holy Mass is not currently celebrated on the days of prayer meetings in Sievernich.) "Pray for peace , sacrifice, otherwise great suffering will befall you. I've told you before and I can't tell you often enough: Listen to My Word, stay Me, stay true to the Holy Scriptures! I am the King of Mercy and I am guiding you through this time. Have no fear!”

The Lord asks for a specific prayer when we say goodbye and says goodbye: “Adieu!”

We pray as requested:

O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, lead all souls to Heaven, especially those who are most in need of Your mercy.

The Lord goes back into the light and so do the angels. The balls of light close and the sign appears: IHS. The balls of light disappear.

This message is announced without prejudging the judgment of the Church.

From the Bible:

Exodus Chapter 19, 16-25

Ex 19:16 On the third day, when morning came, thunder broke, and lightning flashed, heavy clouds hung over the mountain, and the blast of trumpets was heard exceedingly loudly. All the people in the camp trembled.

Ex 19:17 Moses led the people out of the camp to meet God. They lined up at the foot of the mountain.

Ex 19:18 Mount Sinai was all covered with smoke because the Lord descended on it in fire. The smoke rose like smoke from a furnace. The whole mountain trembled violently.

Ex 19:19 The sound of the trumpet grew louder and louder. Moses spoke and God answered him with a bang of thunder.

Ex 19:20 The Lord had descended on Mount Sinai, and indeed on the top. He called Moses to the top of the mountain, and Moses went up.

Ex 19:21 Then the Lord said to Moses: "Come down and command the people firmly not to break through to the Lord to see him, for otherwise many of them would perish.

Ex 19:22 Let the priests who approach the Lord keep themselves holy, lest the Lord break out against them."

Ex 19:23 Then Moses replied to the Lord: "The people cannot go up to Mount Sinai at all, because you yourself have impressed it on us: Draw a border around the mountain and declare it holy!"

Ex 19:24 The Lord now said to him: "Go, descend and come up again with Aaron! But the priests and the people shall not break through to come up to the Lord; otherwise he would go against them."

Ex 19:25 Moses went down to the people and told them.

Letter to the Romans

The letters of St. apostle Paul

Justification through Jesus Christ  humanity's need for salvation

The Sin of the Gentile World. 18  God's wrath is revealed from heaven against all the ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth [of God] by their unrighteousness. 19  What can be known of God is evident to them; God himself has revealed it to them. 20  His invisible nature, his eternal power and divinity have been evident in his works since the creation of the world through the light of reason. Therefore they cannot be excused. 21  For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God, nor gave thanks to him, but became foolish in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22  They thought they were wise and became fools. 23  They exchanged the glory of the immortal God for the likeness of perishable man, birds, four-footed animals, and crawling things. 18-23: The belief that we can recognize the existence of God from created things with the light of reason is unequivocally taught here. Ignorance of God is only possible through one's own fault. "Only a fool says in his heart: There is no God!" 24  Therefore God left them to the lusts of their hearts, to uncleanness, so that they dishonored their own bodies. 25  They exchanged the true God for false idols, worshiping and worshiping creatures instead of the Creator, who be blessed forever. Amen.26  Therefore God abandoned them to shameful passions; their wives exchanged the natural intercourse for the unnatural. 27  In the same way the men also left the natural association with the woman and burned up in greed against one another; Men did shameless things against one another and received in themselves the due reward for their confusion. 28  Because they rejected the knowledge of God, God left them to their rejected mind to do what is not right. 29  They were filled with every form of unrighteousness, wickedness, covetousness, wickedness, envy, murder, strife, deceit, deceit. They are ear blowers, 30  Slanderers, enemies of God, scoffers, proud, boasters, inventors of evil, rebellious against parents, 31  unreasonable, disorderly, without love, without faithfulness, without mercy. 32  Knowing the law of God (and knowing that those who practice it deserve death, they not only do it themselves, but applaud those who practice it). 26-32: Paul, who is not exaggerating, paints a shocking picture of the moral conditions in paganism. But the root of all this depravity is turning away from God. The sixth commandment is violated most where the first is not observed.

“Joshua, who was his assistant, was allowed to accompany Moses up Mount Sinai, but Aaron, his brother, led the elders of Israel, who accompanied Moses up the holy mountain, but waited for him halfway up. There God installed Aaron as high priest of Israel, an office that was passed on to his direct descendants, while the Levites, his tribe, henceforth exercised priestly ministries. Up to the time of the Maccabee revolts (2nd century BC), the office of high priest remained in the house of Aaron. When the Maccabees proclaimed it for themselves, the schism ensued, and followers of the Aaronic high priest went with him to Egypt, where they built an "alternative" temple. The Essenes, in turn, expected a high-priest Messiah from the house of Aaron and a royal one from the house of Aaron who would represent the "old order" restores. Jesus was also an Aaronite through his grandfather Joachim Davidide, through his grandmother Anna, so that he was king and high priest at the same time, which is why the author of the letter to the Hebrews could write: "Now that we have an exalted high priest..." (Heb 4:14).

In his foreword "The Catholic Priesthood" to the book "From the Depths of the Heart" by Cardinal Sarah, Pope Benedict made it very clear that our Catholic priesthood goes back to the priesthood of the Old Covenant. Benedict XVI describes the Christian priesthood as a reinterpretation of the Israelite high priesthood, in which in the figure of Jesus as high priest "the prophetic cult criticism and the cultic tradition emanating from Moses merge". However, after the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965), the determination of the relationship to the Old Testament priesthood “became unavoidable for the Catholic Church as well”. The understanding of offices "came upon us with tremendous urgency" and "has become an ongoing crisis of the priesthood in the church to this day".

Pius V (1566--72) was a truly holy pope. When Europe was threatened by the Turks, he introduced the rosary and the Angelus prayer and thus brought about the miracle of Lepanto: In the decisive naval battle of the "Holy League" against the Ottoman fleet, the Christians were hopelessly defeated at first, and the wind was against you. But at exactly 12 o'clock, when the Angelus was being prayed throughout the Christian world, the tide turned and they launched a successful frontal attack on the Turks. He was also a great reformer who consistently implemented the decisions of the Council of Trent. With his  bull  " Quo primum " of July 14, 1570, he established what is now known as the " Tridentine Mass" "forever" and forbade ever modifying or abolishing it: "(...) nor can the present letter [Quo primum] ever be revoked or modified at any time, but it remains in full force forever." That was probably the "long letter" that Mr. Manuela showed.

Comment from Dr Hesemann on the Bull of Pius V.:

Bull of St. Pope Pius V. introducing the Rom. Missal

Bishop Pius, Servant of Servants of God, for everlasting memory

Since our appointment to the highest apostolic ministry, we have been happily directing our minds, our energies and all of our considerations to keeping the church cult pure and trying to initiate what is necessary for this and to make it effective with God's help with all zeal.

Now, according to the decrees of the Holy Council of Trent, We had to order the publication and correction of the Holy Books, namely the Catechism, the Missal and the Breviary. After the catechism had been published with God's consent for the instruction of the people and the breviary on the due praise of God had been improved, we had to ourselves, so that the missal corresponded properly to the breviary (since it is very fitting that in the church God should be praised in a uniform way and the Mass will be celebrated in a uniform manner) turn to the remaining task: to publish the Missal itself.

We therefore thought it right to transfer this burden to selected scholars. After carefully examining the ancient books of Our Vatican Library, and other manuscripts brought in from everywhere, improved and uncorrupted, as well as the reflections of the ancients and the writings of recognized authors who have left Us records of the sacred institution of the rites, these learned men put this Missal restored according to the prescription and rite of the Holy Fathers.

In order that all may benefit from this work, after careful consideration and correction, We have ordered that it be printed and published in Rome as soon as possible.

The priests in particular should recognize from this which prayers they will use from now on in the celebration of Mass and which rites and ceremonies they must observe. But so that everyone everywhere grasps and observes what has been handed down from the Holy Roman Church, the mother and teacher of the other churches, through this Our eternally valid constitution, under threat of Our indignation, We establish as a punishment and order: Henceforth in all coming times the Christian world in all patriarchal churches, cathedrals, collegiates and parishes, in all secular, monastic - of whatever order and rule they may be, whether male or female monasteries - in all military and independent churches or chapels, in which the Mass of the Convention is or ought to be celebrated aloud with choir, or silently according to the rite of the Roman Church, not but sung or read after the Missal promulgated by Us, though those Churches enjoy some exception, by a Induit of the Apostolic See, by custom or privilege, even by oath or apostolic confirmation, or any other peculiarity - except when they have a rite of at least two hundred years in those same churches from the time of their establishment approved by the Apostolic See or by tradition in the celebration of Mass have complied with the interruption. In no way do we deprive these latter of the above-mentioned special right or tradition in the celebration of Mass, but we permit

To all the other churches mentioned, however, We thereby deprive us of the use of their missals, rejecting them altogether and entirely, and decreing that nothing should ever be added to, subtracted from, or altered in this Our just issued missal.

We strictly command every single patriarch and administrator of the above-mentioned churches, all other persons, regardless of their rank, in the virtue of holy obedience: in the future they should completely follow the ways and rites they have been used to (even those from the missals, no matter how old). and give up altogether, reject utterly, and sing and read the Mass according to the rite, manner, and norm of Our Missal, and they shall not dare to add or read at the celebration of the Mass any ceremonies or prayers other than those contained in this Missal.

And that from now on they in all churches, at the sung or read Mass, without any scruples of conscience or fear of any punishments, judgments and reprimands, exclusively follow this missal, and are able and authorized to use it impartially and lawfully, we grant for this by virtue of our apostolic authority now and forever Our grant and permission.

Likewise We determine and declare: No head, administrator, canon, chaplain or other secular priest, and no monk of any order, may be required to celebrate Mass other than as determined by Us, nor may he be compelled or caused by anyone to do so Missal, nor may this letter be revoked or modified at any time, but shall remain in full force and effect forever.

Thus all previous regulations to the contrary, Apostolic Constitutions and Ordinations, all general or special Constitutions and Ordinations of Provincial or Synodal Councils, as well as the statutes and customs of the above-mentioned Churches, even if their custom is supported by a very ancient and venerable norm, but is no more than two hundred years old.

From the publication of this Constitution of Ours and the Missal the priests at the Roman Curia shall be required to attend Mass after a month, those on this side of the Alps after three months, those on the other side of the Alps after six months, or as soon as they can purchase this Missal then sing or read.

So that it may be preserved everywhere on earth uncorrupted and free from mistakes and errors, We, by virtue of Apostolic Authority, with the present letter, forbid all book printers in Our (and from SRE [Sanctae Romanae Ecclesiae) indirect and direct dominion under penalty of book loss and from to the Apostolic Chamber to pay a hundred gold ducats, but the other book printers in all parts of the world under penalty of excommunication in the broadest sense and other penalties according to our arbitration: that they can be at the relevant place without our or the express permission of one of us ordering Apostolic Commissioner should not be under the authority to print, sell or even acceptunless full certainty has been given beforehand by that same commissioner, that same printer, that the missal copy, which has to be the standard for the printing of further copies, has been compared with the missal that was first printed in Rome, and agrees with it, and absolutely nothing differs.

In view of the difficulty of bringing this Letter to all parts of the Christian world, and especially in the early days, to the knowledge of all, We prescribe: It should be placed in the traditional manner on the doors of the Basilica of the Prince of the Apostles and the Apostolic Chancellery and at the top of the Campus Florae are publicly posted; the printed copies of this document, signed by hand by a public notary and stamped with the seal of an ecclesiastical dignitary, should also be given the same undoubted credence among all peoples and in all places as one would give to the present document visibly exhibited.

Let no man at all, then, violate or act in reckless venture against this sheet on which are recorded Our permission, decree, decree, mandate, regulation, approval, indult, declaration, will, stipulation and prohibition.

But if anyone should presume to touch this, let him know that he will incur the wrath of Almighty God and His holy apostles Peter and Paul.

Given at Rome near Saint Peter in the fifteen hundred and seventieth year of the birth of the Lord, July 14, in the fifth year of Our pontificate.”
