Together you work as the body

Hello my brothers and sisters, I hope as always that this post finds you well.

I am writing today about a message I received in April of this year. This speaks of how important it is to recognize and understand our place in the Body of Christ and how we may be called to participate in it. It is clear in this message He speaks to me about who I am, but He also speaks to you about who we all are together. This is an important distinction, as I know some of us can become complacent and just sit on the sidelines as long as nothing in our own life is being disturbed while the battle wages around us for the souls of our brothers and sisters. Believe me I know the cost this can bring to your life, I have lived it since 1995 and it continues today; although the wisdom of “why” has become much greater. This pleases the enemy greatly and hurts someone somewhere. The Lord says He will use all of us in one way or another if we will just offer ourselves to Him, but He also says the laborers have never been fewer among those who have been called. Our Father speaks of the importance of listening to the voice of Jesus, understanding that it goes against the voice of the world. I can speak from experience when I tell you that anything less than one hour a day spent with God leaves me inadequate in my spiritual fuel. I still speak to Him throughout the day and constantly I am in prayer, but there is nothing better than giving Him your time and letting Him multiply it for doing so.

I will put the message down here but I really want you to take good honest inventory of your schedule and your priorities as I had to. Where does He come in? Does he come in first as Matthew 6: 25-34 explains to us? If He does then He promises to take care of the rest, but if not then what? Ask Him in an open and fearless way to tell you if you are one of the “called”? Then listen for His answer… some of you may be surprised as to what He wishes you to do. Yes it is a challenge especially today, but these are the rules and the spoken word of God, regardless of how we feel they are correct in their statement. This has been my testimony and my confession all at once, I hope it helps at least one person out there. Here is the message…

Lord: My child be at peace, it is I your Lord and God and Father. My son you are doing my will, the will of why I created you. You are my apostle of the latter days. My children suffer and because of the gift I have given you, you feel it too. This is part of the cross you now bear as a member of the body of Christ. Do not fear, it will help those you feel this for if they will listen. I am their Father and I love them. If you could see the unnecessary pain I see you would gladly bear this for them. Your job is to simply teach what I teach. Someone else will water, someone else yet will fertilize – this is not your responsibility unless I ask this of you. Together you work as the body, constantly participating in the healing of what has been damaged by sin. This is the way it shall be according to my plan until the end when sin shall be no more among you. Offer yourselves to me my children and I will use all of you in one way or another. Never has the harvest been so much and the laborers so very few among those who have been called. My son taught you to listen for His voice. He is the good Shepherd and you are His sheep; you will recognize His voice my children, otherwise He would not have taught you that you could. Listen for Him. He is contrary to what the world teaches you, but listen to Him anyways. He has the words of eternal life and they are already alive within you. That is all my son, now go and share what I have given you. Many sheep will learn to hear from it. I love you my son, amen.
