The smoke is coming

During Adoration:

Our Lady of Guadalupe:
Pray the rosary and we begin:

Jesus:
My earth pangs begin.

God the father:
Amber, you begin now. Write down what I have to tell you.

Jumping hoops. My people are jumping hoops in order to grow spiritually but they are missing the fundamentals. They are missing the basics.

Why are they fasting? Why are they sacrificing? [Not meant in a dismissive way, but asking what are we fasting and sacrificing for?]

Do they realize that their world is in turmoil. That their once safe and perfect world will no longer be at their fingertips. It will no longer be easy to get things they need in an instant. Instant gratification will be something of the past. Something ancient and no longer missed.

I propel you in the future, (I’m hovering over a destroyed city)

Many will come to you to seek answers, but they will not listen. They want their will to be done, not My will. Those of old have come to them, souls of the past have come to their aid, to help them but they do not listen. Lazarus and the rich man, but who will change? Who will take Me seriously.

My child, I anoint you, to go before the nations, to speak My truth. Though thousands fall along side of you, I will uphold you with My victorious right hand.

I am the all seeing eye, I see what comes before you. I have prepared you for great things. I have wrought you with My own very hands.

The smoke is coming, only you will be able to see clearly. Those chosen ones beside you, wait for My call, My words they wait to hear.

Stumbling on the road I caught you, I brought you back up to your feet. I catch you daily and bring you to do My will. Nothing is by accident. Nothing is by mistake. See to it that you give them My message. Tell them to prepare, tell them to fast this week. The purification is needed. You will be picked like wheat. Only the finest wheat.

From the Catholic catechism;

Basics of the Catholic Faith

    1.    God’s Revelation

God reveals Himself through Sacred Scripture (the Bible) and Sacred Tradition (the lived faith passed down through the Church).

    2.    The Trinity

One God in Three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

    3.    Jesus Christ

Fully God and fully man, He is the Son of God who became incarnate, died for our sins, and rose from the dead for our salvation.

    4.    The Church

Founded by Christ, the Catholic Church is the Body of Christ on Earth, guided by the Holy Spirit and led by the Pope and bishops.

    5.    The Sacraments

There are seven sacraments that give grace: Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist, Reconciliation (Confession), Anointing of the Sick, Holy Orders, and Matrimony.

    6.    The Moral Life

Catholics are called to follow God’s commandments, love others, and live virtuously by God’s grace.

    7.    Prayer and Worship

Includes Mass, personal prayer, devotions (like the Rosary), and reading Scripture.

Why We Sacrifice

    •    Imitating Christ: Jesus offered Himself as a perfect sacrifice for our salvation. Catholics unite their own sacrifices (small or great) to His, offering them in love.

    •    Love Requires Action: True love involves giving. Sacrifice teaches us to give of ourselves for God and others.

    •    Reparation for Sin: While Jesus’ sacrifice was once and for all, we offer sacrifices in reparation (making up) for our sins and those of the world.

    •    Spiritual Growth: Sacrifice disciplines our hearts and detaches us from worldly things, helping us grow in holiness.

Why We Fast

    •    Biblical Command: Fasting is seen throughout Scripture (Jesus fasted for 40 days in the desert). It’s an ancient spiritual practice.

    •    Purification: It helps purify our souls and bodies, removing distractions and focusing our hearts on God.

    •    Repentance: It expresses sorrow for sin and a desire to change.

    •    Solidarity: Fasting helps us stand in solidarity with the poor and hungry, reminding us of our dependence on God.

Both sacrifice and fasting are about love, conversion, and communion with God. They help us align our hearts with Christ’s and grow in holiness.
