A Season of Spiritual Warfare

It is with great humility that I come to you all again to ask for your help.  A few weeks ago, my wife and I attended a powerful Spiritual Retreat with John Martinez, Vickie Smith, and many wonderful prayer-warriors. Following the retreat, we have been bombarded non-stop with misfortune after misfortune. 

Almost immediately after returning home, TWO SEPERATE business projects were placed on indefinite hold at the same time under deeply unusual circumstances. One client told me this had never happened before and are not sure why the project's funding is not proceeding. The other called me the night we returned from the Spiritual Retreat to ask if I believed in "spiritual warfare" — he later told me his co-worker had discerned that something was spiritually resisting the project and hindering its funding. I was shocked, though not totally surprised, that others could see what we see. With both projects stalled, I now have no substantial income after today until they resume.

In the same stretch of time, we lost our medical insurance (and I cannot afford to cover us both), overdue bills, a flat tire, and a broken appliance pushed us into the negative. And today we faced a choice between keeping this website running or buying food. (We chose the website, so don't worry.)

Why I Am Sharing This?

I share this not to complain, but because we genuinely need help, materially AND spiritually. To keep the website running, we have to pay for more than just a website, we need to keep the lights on, keep the internet connected, pay monthly for a web server and it's tools, and numerous other things that are getting harder to afford.
